Perfect and impressive unit with a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and fridges. Nice building, great and stunning location next to the park, and downtown shops. Quick check in and amazing service: )

The location was beautiful, for example, Wyoming Dinosaur Center was within easy walking distance of the hotel. The room with opening windows right inside the state park. The staff was accommodating and courteous, they blew my mind.

Nothing. Booked.net messed up our trip and we did not have a reservation.
I did not like how Booked.net allowed us to reserve a room at a location with no vacancies. Really disrupted our trip and extremely unprofessional. I would appreciate an apology

The location is unbeatable, right in Hot Springs State Park. I loved soaking in the natural hot springs. The staff greeted me with friendly smiles every time I passed by. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The mini fridge came in handy for snacks. The breakfast was a letdown. Limited options, and the gravy tasted canned. The decor is a bit dated, and the outside entrance felt a bit uninviting. The hot tub area could've used more space. It felt crowded at times.

The Hot Springs Hotel & Spa offers comfortable accommodations with great amenities, such as a mineral hot tub perfect for relaxation after a long day. The staff were cute. The hotel's location is ideal, with fine views of the river and close proximity to local attractions like the Hot Springs park.
The room decor is somewhat dated and could use updating.

Amazing, amazing, amazing.
The location is just amazing, right next to fine views of nature, where you can enjoy wildlife from the restaurant. Access to a mineral hot tub right outside our room allowed for pure relaxation after a day of exploring.

I have been bringing my family to this location for about 30 years. This was our, "Right of Passage," trip as our youngest grandchild will be going off to college in the fall. We have always loved how the staff greeted us and how friendly they were to our animals.
The air conditioners were iffy and LOUD. The beds were old and way too soft. The food was so bad you should close the restaurant. Even a grilled cheese sandwich didn't have any taste.

Was unable to get in mineral pool. Was full of kids until 10:30 pm. It is a small pool that holds about 20. We spent the afternoon at the tepee pool, and was satisfied.

Surprising joy among hunting trophies
The lobby's collection of hunting trophies was fascinating, but the real highlight was the hot spring, especially at sunset- amazing!
